It's Been Awhile

But now there's something to say, I guess. Not surprisingly, its all bad news.

ICE (formerly INS) arrested a union rep at a raid on a packing plant in Iowa for harboring "illegal aliens". This is the first instance I have heard of (via AFL-CIO) but probably not the last.

UPDATE: The HR rep was arrested too.

An NLRB board agent told me yesterday that the General Counsel for the NLRB is refusing to bargain with the staff union. Shocking, and yet, not surprising at all.
